Chair Pose
Stand in front of a chair. Lower your body as if you are going to sit down. Hold for 10 seconds.
Wall Push-Up
Stand an arm's length from a wall. Place your palms on the wall and bend your elbows to lean in, then push back out.
Standing Leg Lift
Stand tall and lift one leg to the side. Hold for a few seconds and switch to the other leg.
Seated Torso Twist
Sit in a chair, place your right hand on the back of the chair, and twist your torso to the right. Hold for 10 seconds, then switch sides.
Neck Stretch
Sit or stand up straight. Gently tilt your head to one side, holding for 10 seconds. Switch sides.
